Hey, I've just recently switched to Firefox as my main browser, and it seems that whenever I attempt to login to CTI on Firefox, it thinks that my password is invalid. Is it just my computer? Or a coincidence that I enter the wrong password every time I try and login on Firefox? Or is the website not compatible with Firefox?
It's not really much of a hassle, just thought you should know.

Yeah, it seems a little bit odd..

I use Safari, although I tried Firefox and it still worked fine... hm...

Tim, I'm not sure, could you ask your webmaster or someone along that line who would know?

I've heard that FF3 has some problems. I'm actually an idiot when it comes to computers. I'll see if I can get my computer nerd brother to find something out and I'll let you know if I get it to work.

I was going to make sure I still couldn't get in before I did something and I got in with FF.

Also, I'm on a Mac right now. I'll try later on my PC.

I use a Mac as well. Though it worked fine on another computer I used. I guess it's just something odd about my computer.

There's nothing wrong with your computer or FF. I have used FF since it's beta and I also use Google Chrome now. The problem you're having is not uncommon with FF but it's neither your computer or the applications fault.

Go to Tools -> Clear Private Data or simply hit Ctrl + Shift + Del. This will clear your internet cache as well as all saved passwords and data. There's no other way around it unfortunately. All this does is clears the massively large file of data that it saves and sometimes gets mixed.

If this doesn't fix your problem send me a message and I'm pretty sure I can figure out what you can do to fix your problem. Hope it helps though Smile

Huh, it still doesn't work on my computer, though it does work on every other computer I use. I suppose I'll look around a bit more. Though it really isn't a big deal.
