Lately, I've been making my own set patter. You can spend more time making it good, and scripting it to provide misdirection for a move. I do always make sure to incorporate the spectators comments and reactions, though I find it's most helpful to have a script in the beginning. Of course, different styles work for different people.

Well everything does come down to presentation so go for whatever works for you right. But usually i have a few lines that get good reactions and improv the rest
